Welcome to Chehalis River Massage (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking a massage appointment, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Chehalis River Massage provides professional massage therapy and wellness services in Hoquiam, Aberdeen, Ocean Shores, Montesano, Rochester, and throughout Grays Harbor County, Washington. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change based on therapist availability and location.

2. Reservations

By booking an appointment, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or have a parent/guardian present for minors.
• You will disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy that may affect your session.
• Appointments are subject to availability and therapist confirmation.

3. Payments

Customers authorize Chehalis River Massage to process payments related to appointments, gift certificates, deposits, fees, or other authorized charges associated with the booking. All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking using a valid credit/debit card, HSA/FSA card, or approved gift certificate.

4. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P)

6. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

We ask for reasonable notice when rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled through your booking portal up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows may be charged up to the full session fee.

7. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, do not expire, and can be redeemed online or in-studio toward any service unless otherwise stated.

8. Conduct

Customers agree not to:

• Provide false information.
• Engage in inappropriate or illegal behavior during a session.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of our services or website.

Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session with full charge and a permanent ban from the studio.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chehalis River Massage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care; please consult a physician for any health concerns.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
