Booking & payment

All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking using a valid credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card. Chehalis River Massage is a cashless business; cash is accepted only as gratuity.

Cancellations & no-shows

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows may be charged up to the full session fee.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, do not expire, and can be redeemed online or in-studio toward any service.

Conduct

Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session with full charge and a permanent ban from the studio.

Liability

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy on your intake form so we can deliver a safe session.
