Insurance & Superbills
Understand your benefits, prepare for your visit, and get the paperwork you need for reimbursement.
Health insurance clients
We are fully out of network with all insurance. We do not bill insurance companies directly, and no insurance plan covers our visits in network. If your plan includes out-of-network massage benefits, you can pay for your visit and request reimbursement with a superbill. Your insurer determines eligibility and reimbursement.
HSA / FSA cards
Yes — we accept HSA and FSA cards.
Superbill reimbursement
A superbill is an itemized receipt you submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. You can download your superbill directly from this page — no request needed. Pay for your massage in full, then fill in your visit details and submit it to your insurer.
- Ask your insurer about out-of-network massage benefits, deductibles, and referral requirements.
- Obtain a doctor's prescription if your plan requires one.
- Download your superbill after your paid appointment — it's ready to fill in and take to your insurer.
- Submit the superbill and supporting documents to your insurer. Any approved reimbursement is paid directly to you.
CPT 97124 is commonly used for massage therapy.
Motor vehicle accidents
On holdAppointments for motor vehicle accident, PIP, and work-injury claims are on hold for now. We are not taking claim-based bookings at this time.
Regular massage appointments are still available and can be booked online.
Agreement policies
Our studio's booking and cancellation terms apply to every visit, including visits for which you plan to request insurance reimbursement. Arrive on time; arriving late may reduce your treatment time.
